It's not often that the name of a program is as explicit as to what it does as this Universal Code Lines Counter. It is exactly that: a counter of the lines of source code written in a programming language.

Universal Code Lines Counter counts how many lines of code are really source code, how many spaces are blank, and how many lines are comments. You can also specify how many lines are a mix of code and comments.

Universal Code Lines Counter lets you count the source code in any script-type programming language, like AutoIt, C#, C/C++, CSS, Delphi/Pascal, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Modula 2/3, MySQL, Perl, PHP, Prolog, Python, Ruby, VBScript/ASP, Visual Basic, XML, etc. The result of the count can be exported to CSV or HTML formats.
